All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (books), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled. This allows us to keep our prices fair and ensures that every book sent to a child is brand new and in pristine condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your book arrives damaged during transit (e.g., severe tears or major structural damage) or has a printing defect, we are here to help!

Notify us within 4 days of receiving your package.

Email us at shriza888@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage.

Once verified, we will send you a replacement copy at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel and refund your order if it has not yet been packed or shipped.
