Introducing Natasha Turambi: The Voice of Mermaid in “Mermaid On A Mountaintop”

While many little girls dreamed of being princesses and mermaids, Natasha Turambi never did. As a child, her interests leaned away from what she thought of as “girly-girly.”

But when asked to sing the role of Mermaid in “Mermaid On A Mountaintop”, she eagerly embraced the opportunity—not because she longed to be a mermaid, but for the excitement of stepping into a character she had never imagined herself playing.

Music has always been central to Natasha’s life, starting from her school choir days to her volunteer work at church camps, and her role as an early childhood music and movement educator at Our Music Studio (OMS).

At OMS, she fosters a lifelong love of music in children aged 6 months to 5 years, exposing them to various musical genres, concepts, and instruments, all while making the learning process fun and engaging.

Now, the children she teaches will be thrilled to discover that their beloved teacher, with her soothing, melodious voice, is also the voice of Mermaid.
